Please don't be alarmed by your test results. These are preliminary findings from a diagnostic screening and may not reflect your full health picture. Factors like lab variations, timing, or other health conditions can influence outcomes.
Biomarkers detected in your results should be viewed holistically, in combination with each other and your overall clinical context, rather than assessed individually. Isolated values can be misleading without considering patterns, trends, and professional expertise.

Always consult your healthcare provider to interpret these results in the context of your symptoms, history, and overall health. They are best equipped to explain what this means for you and recommend next steps.

Dried Blood Spot Sample Handling and Processing Notice
Your dried blood spot (DBS) sample may not have been processed if it arrived damaged, degraded ,contaminated, or unreadable by our laboratory. The burden of proper sample collection, drying, packaging, and shipping rests with the client to ensure usability. By purchasing a test kit, you agree to the inherent risks of submitting an unreadable or unusable sample, which may prevent testing.
Common issues with DBS samples include:
- Insufficient blood volume or incomplete filling of collection circles
- Samples not fully dried before packaging
- Breakage, creasing, or smudging of the filter paper during shipping
- Contamination from touching spots, improper storage, or labeling errors
In such cases, no tests results can be generated, and we prioritize accuracy by not proceeding with compromised samples. This ensures reliable outcomes when resubmitting.
Follow the provided instructions carefully to ensure no such issues occur.
