Wichtige Information zu Ihren Mimatest-Ergebnissen

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bestellung des Mimatests®. Bitte lesen Sie die folgenden Hinweise sorgfältig, da Sie Ihre Ergebnisse ausschließlich selbst abrufen können.

So erhalten Sie Ihre Ergebnisse

Mit Ihrer Lieferung erhalten Sie:

  • einen individuellen Access Code
  • Ihre Testkarte mit einem persönlichen Code

Sobald Ihre Probe ausgewertet wurde, rufen Sie Ihre Ergebnisse bitte in etwa 3 Wochen unter folgendem Link ab: yourtestresults.net

Geben Sie dort beide Codes ein, um Ihre zwei Dokumente herunterzuladen:

  1. Mimatest® Mikrobielle Markeranalyse – der detaillierte Laborbefund Ihrer Probe
  2. Darmbulanz® Personalisierte Ernährungsempfehlung – Ihr individuelles 4-Monats-Programm, das auf Ihrem Testergebnis basiert

Warum müssen Sie die Ergebnisse selbst herunterladen?

Ihre Gesundheitsdaten gehören Ihnen – und nur Ihnen. Mimatest arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der vollständigen Datentrennung: Ihre Laborergebnisse werden pseudonymisiert ausgewertet und sind weder uns noch dem Verkäufer namentlich bekannt. Wir speichern keine personenbezogenen Gesundheitsdaten in unseren Systemen.

Dieses Verfahren entspricht den strengen Anforderungen des europäischen und deutschsprachigen Datenschutzrechts, insbesondere:

  • der EU-Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO, Art. 9) zum Schutz besonderer Kategorien personenbezogener Daten (Gesundheitsdaten)
  • der EU-Verordnung über In-vitro-Diagnostika (IVDR, EU 2017/746), die seit Mai 2022 strenge Anforderungen an Diagnostikhersteller stellt
  • dem Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG) in Deutschland sowie den entsprechenden Landesdatenschutzgesetzen
  • der Schweizer Datenschutzgesetz-Revision (revDSG), in Kraft seit September 2023
  • dem österreichischen Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) in Verbindung mit der DSGVO

Bitte beachten Sie:

Ihre Ergebnisse können ausschließlich über yourtestresults.net mit Ihren persönlichen Codes abgerufen werden. Weder Mimatest noch Ihr Verkäufer haben Zugriff auf Ihre Befunde. Bewahren Sie Ihre Codes daher sorgfältig auf.

Important information regarding your Mimatest results

Thank you for ordering the Mimatest®. Please read the following instructions carefully, as you are the only person who can access your results.

How to access your results

Your delivery will include:

  • a unique access code
  • your test card with a personal code

Once your sample has been analysed, please access your results in approximately 3 weeks via the following link: yourtestresults.net

Enter both codes there to download your two documents:

  • Mimatest® Microbial Marker Analysis – the detailed laboratory report for your sample
  • Darmbulanz® Personalised Nutritional Recommendation – your individual 4-month programme based on your test results

Why do you need to download the results yourself?

Your health data belongs to you – and you alone. Mimatest operates on the principle of complete data separation: your laboratory results are analysed in pseudonymised form and are not known to us or the seller by name. We do not store any personal health data in our systems.

This procedure complies with the strict requirements of European and German data protection law, in particular:

  • the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Art. 9) on the protection of special categories of personal data (health data)
  • the EU In Vitro Diagnostic Medical Devices Regulation (IVDR, EU 2017/746), which has imposed strict requirements on diagnostic manufacturers since May 2022
  • the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) in Germany and the corresponding state data protection laws
  • the Swiss Data Protection Act Revision (revDSG), in force since September 2023
  • the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG) in conjunction with the GDPR

Please note:

Your results can only be accessed via yourtestresults.net using your personal codes. Neither Mimatest nor your seller has access to your results. Please therefore keep your codes safe.
